1. Requests to reserve the SAU Beyond the Campus meeting room must be submitted ten business days prior to the date of intended use.
  2. Reservations are available for any length of time, 8:00 am through 10:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
  3. Maximum Occupancy: 50 people
  4. Rental fee: $100 per day, regardless of reservation duration.
  5. There is an additional charge of $15 per hour for every hour beyond the store’s standard closing time.

The meeting space is equipped with
10 six-foot Southern Aluminum linen-less tables
45 black chairs
Two wall mounted TVs with wireless connectivity for presentations
Refrigerator, sink, 2 mobile bars, and 2 restrooms
