SAU Beyond the Campus Meeting Room
Reservation Information
Requests to reserve the SAU Beyond the Campus meeting room must be submitted ten business days prior to the date of intended use.
Reservations are available for any length of time, 8:00 am through 10:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
Maximum Occupancy: 50 people
Rental fee: $100 per day, regardless of reservation duration.
There is an additional charge of $15 per hour for every hour beyond the store’s standard closing time.
The meeting space is equipped with:
10 six-foot Southern Aluminum linen-less tables
45 black chairs
Two wall mounted TVs with wireless connectivity for presentations
Refrigerator, sink, 2 mobile bars, and 2 restrooms

User Agreement Conditions
By signing this agreement, the renter agrees to the following conditions:
Reservation and Payment:
Reservations must be requested at least ten business days prior to the intended use date.
The rental fee of $100 per day is due at the time of booking. Any additional charges for hours beyond the standard closing time ($15 per hour) will be invoiced separately.
Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.
Usage and Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy for the meeting room is 50 people. The renter is responsible for ensuring that this limit is not exceeded.
The meeting room is available for use only between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. Any use beyond these hours will incur an additional charge of $15 per hour.
Amenities and Equipment:
The meeting room is equipped with :
1. 10 six-foot Southern Aluminum linenless tables.
2. 45 black chairs.
3. Two wall-mounted TVs with wireless connectivity.
4. One Refrigerator
5. A Sink
6. 2 Mobile Bars
7. 2 Restrooms.
The renter is responsible for ensuring that all equipment and amenities are used appropriately and are returned in the condition they were provided.
Cleanliness and Damage:
The renter must leave the meeting room in a clean and orderly condition. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the renter.
The renter is financially responsible for any damage to the property, including but not limited to the furniture, equipment, and building.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than ten business days before the reservation date may incur a cancellation fee, which will be specified at the time of cancellation.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
The renter agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations during the use of the meeting room.
Any illegal activities or violations of building policies will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of any fees paid.
Liability and Indemnification:
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SAU Beyond the Campus and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising out of the use of the meeting room.
The renter assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all attendees and any harm or injury that may occur during the rental period.
Modification and Termination:
SAU Beyond the Campus reserves the right to modify or terminate the rental agreement if the terms and conditions are violated or if unforeseen circumstances arise.
By signing below, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
